Sfax customer survey results

The results of our latest customer survey are now in! We’ve been working hard to ensure Sfax is best in class, and our customers confirm that our product is one of their favorite for sharing and accessing faxes securely at any time, wherever they are.

For many manual fax machines and email have been a steadfast way of handling documents. However, when sending and receiving sensitive information, these methods pose security issues. A huge 74% of our customers used manual fax machines before moving over to Sfax, and 22% were using another electronic fax service.

We pride ourselves in being one of the most secure document transfer systems available – we have the highest level of document protection, and meet or exceed HIPAA, GLBA and SOX compliance criteria. This of course extends to our mobile app, perfect for busy people on the go. Over half of our current customers (56%) use Sfax because of its strong security, with nearly a quarter (24%) choosing it because of particular security or other features; specific compliance accreditation, authority recommendation, being the choice provider or because after researching alternatives Sfax was the only service that met their needs.

Over 75% of survey respondents work in healthcare and almost 10% work in financial services or insurance, where security is also a top priority. Our compliance credentials mean they can rest assured that all sensitive information handled is super-secure, using a plethora of physical, organizational and technical measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information processed.
